QR-Based Event Tickets
Our client needed a robust ticketing system to manage event registrations and ticket distribution efficiently. Customers should be able to receive invitations via email, select event dates, order tickets within allowed limits, and receive their tickets digitally. The system had to streamline the registration process while ensuring security and a smooth user experience for both the client and their attendees.
The challenge was creating a system that could handle dynamic ticket allocation, enforce limits per customer, and generate secure, unique tickets for each attendee. Additionally, the system needed to integrate email notifications for both invitations and ticket delivery, while providing QR codes that could be scanned at the event entrance to validate entries quickly and reliably. Ensuring scalability for large events and accuracy in ticket tracking were critical requirements.
We developed a complete ticketing platform where customers receive a personalized email with a secure link to order tickets. Users can select from available dates and order tickets up to their maximum allowance. Once the order is confirmed, they receive an email with attached tickets, each containing a unique QR code. At the event, staff can scan the QR codes for quick verification, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The system uses a combination of automated email notifications, dynamic ticket generation, and secure QR encoding to deliver a reliable and user-friendly solution.
